If you would like to reserve the spacious hall upstairs or the more intimate lounge downstairs for your next function, please call House Chairman Lance Rotolo at (518) 703-3629 to book your reservation.
Because of New York State Liquor Authority regulations, all beverages must be bought and paid for by and through the lodge. No outside beverages of any kind are allowed. This includes bottled water.
You may also visit the lodge prior to your booking to set up the tables and chairs in a different configuration if you prefer, as well as to decorate the room to your liking. We simply request that all decorations are removed and the tables and chairs returned to their original configuration before you leave for the night.
The history of our lodge is often measured by where the bar was located during that period. When the lodge was first instituted over 50 years ago, the current location for the bar did not exist. Between then and now, the bar has changed size, shape, and location at least four times. The current "Heritage Room" contains our bar, and sports a reach-in cooler containing beer, bottled water, and soda. The current bar seats approximately 12 people, and has three two-person bar tables for those to socialize away from the bar. Additional seating is available in the adjacent downstairs dining room. To book an event, please contact Lance Rotolo, House Chairman at 518-703-3629.
Our main lodge hall also doubles as our Bingo hall. Bingo is held on Friday of every month at 7PM. Doors open around 5:30pm. This room can also be reserved for parties; it seats approximately 100 individuals.
Our downstairs dining facility is located below-ground, creating a cozy atmosphere that comfortably fits around 50 individuals. This dining room also includes a built-in dance floor, a 65 inch high definition television and surround sound system, dart boards, and air conditioning.
Our commercial kitchen downstairs was recently re-fitted with a state-of-the-art fire suppression system, and is large enough to support large parties of over 100 people. We also have a smaller utility kitchen upstairs for hamburgers, hot dogs, and other griddle items; we also serve sodas and drinks for our bingo patrons and other functions. Our downstairs kitchen can be reserved for both upstairs or downstairs functions at an additional cost.
The lodge sits on a large parcel of land, and space exists behind the lodge for several Elk families to park their rigs. We unfortunately do not have any sewer or water hookups, and our electric service for the area is minimal. Please be sure to pump and dump before you arrive, since we can only offer dry camping at the present time.
