Waterbury, CT Lodge No. 265 was instituted in 1893, and currently has 1146 members.For the year 2023, the lodge was awarded GRATITUDE, BEACON and FREEDOM Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need.

The lodge meets 2nd & 4th Tuesdays, except July & Aug, then 4th Tuesday; and Dec, then 2nd Tuesday only, at 283 W Main St, Waterbury, CT.The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is Carlos Gotay, and the Secretary is Michael McGaughan.
