The principles of Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love and Fidelity have prevailed in the Slate Belt for over a hundred years. Bangor Lodge is proud of its accomplishments. At over 450 members strong, the Bangor Elks has been serving the Borough of Bangor and the Slate Belt with accomplishments as the Bangor Elks Halloween Parade, Annual Scholarships, Veterans lunches and ceremonies, Boy Scout Eagle Projects, Hoop Shoots, Drug Awareness dances, and holiday assistance for the less fortunate.
