Portsmouth, OH Lodge No. 154 was instituted in 1890, and currently has 305 members.For the year 2022, the lodge was awarded BEACON and GRATITUDE Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need.

The lodge meets 2nd & 4th Mondays, except July & Aug 4th Monday & Dec 2nd Monday only, at State Route 73 - Elks Country Club, McDermott, OH.The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is David VanKirk, and the Secretary is Gary Plante.
