Sunday 1pm - 6pm
Show Me The Money 2nd and 4th Sundays at 2pm.
On behalf of the officers and members of York Lodge 2788, I welcome you to our web page. We were chartered in 1995 and have approximately 210 members. Being on Route 1, which runs along the coast, we have many visitors, especially during the summer months when people come to this area for vacation. The Town of York has many historic Museum Buildings which are within walking distance to charming York Village shops, restaurants, and art galleries. A walking tour through the historic district leads to the sparkling tidal waters of the York River and a 17 acre nature preserve. From the center of York Village it is a short drive to beautiful sandy beaches and the famous Nubble Lighthouse.Just up the road we have the Town of Ogunquit and Perkins' Cove which are big tourist attractions for their many fine restaurants, shops, and great beaches.Stop by our Lodge where you will be greeted like an old friend and I am certain, our friendly members and bartenders will guide you to where you need to be or just hang out with us for a while.
We try to have monthly dinners, a picnic in June at York Wild Kingdom to benefit the Maine Children's Cancer Program (advance ticket sales only), and a lobster bake in July and August. We sell Christmas trees starting the day after Thanksgiving (the best Maine trees only) and wreaths also made in Maine.
All Elks are welcome at our Lodge. If you are planning a trip to our area, please call the Lodge at 207-361-2788 for events during your stay or check our calender. If you are planning a bus trip to visit area Lodges, please call and we will make arrangements for appetizers with plenty of hospitality. We collect pins from all over the country so please bring one to add to our collection. We thank you for visiting our web page and hope to see you soon.
See you at the Lodge
