Ohio River Valley, OH Lodge No. 231 was instituted in 1892, and currently has 231 members.For the year 2027, the lodge was awarded GRATITUDE, FREEDOM and BEACON Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need.The lodge meets 1st & 3rd Tuesdays, except Jul, Aug & Dec, then 1st Tuesday only, off Rte 7 Hanover St, rt at red blinker onto 4th St, Lodge on the rt, 14 N 4th St, Martins Ferry, OH.The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is Carole Bostancic, and the Secretary is Rosemary Durant.
