Defiance, OH Lodge No. 147 was instituted in unk., and currently has 853 members.This makes it the 7th largest lodge in Ohio.For the year 2022, the lodge was awarded FREEDOM, SPOTLIGHT, GRATITUDE and BEACON Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need.

The lodge meets 1st & 3rd Tuesdays, except Jul, then 3rd Tuesday; and Nov & Dec, then 1st Tuesday only, at 1760 S Jefferson Ave, Defiance, OH.The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is Paul Ramirez, and the Secretary is Anna Batt.
