Parkersburg, WV Lodge No. 198 was instituted in 1891, and currently has 139 members.For the year 2024, the lodge was awarded GRATITUDE and SPOTLIGHT Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need.

The lodge meets 1st & 3rd Thursdays, except July, Aug & Dec, then 1st Thursday only, at 605 Green St, Parkersburg, WV.The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is Patrick Rush, and the Secretary is James Perkins.
