El Paso, TX Lodge No. 187 currently has 170 members and we are deeply ingrained in our community and provide several programs offering assistance to an abundance of organizations and families in need. For the year 2026, the lodge was awarded GRATITUDE and FREEDOM Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need. The lodge is the proud sponsor of Andres Valle and Melanie Roman-Naciff, winners of the MVS Scholarship 2025. Our lodge was also proudly awarded First Place in the 2024–2025 Elks National Community Impact Grant Contest for the local TTP outreach initiative—supporting area nonprofits, schools, veterans, and families in need. The TTP Project was spotlighted at the ENF Convention in Austin, TX. Continuing the momentum, the TTP program has been selected to receive a $10,000 Community Impact Grant for 2025–2026.
The lodge meets 2nd Thursdays, except Feb, Mar & Apr, then on the 2nd & 4th Thursdays only, at 2278 Trawood Dr, Suite C, El Paso, TX. The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is Rosa Pena, and the Secretary is Cheryl Kelly.
