Greenville, PA Lodge No. 145 was instituted in 1890, and currently has 925 members.For the year 2027, the lodge was awarded BEACON Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need.The lodge meets 2nd & 4th Tuesdays, except July, Aug & Dec, then 4th Tuesday only, at 28 6th Ave, Greenville, PA.The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is Jay Smith, and the Secretary is Bryan Shannon.
