Islip Elk Jude Rich Jaci Narducci who volunteered her time making the first delivery for 4th of July Prime Rib dinners for the 4 Veterans Beacon houses in Islip and Bay Shore. The meals included Prime Rib, Lobster Bisque, Corn-on-the-cob, carrots and potatoes with Apple Pies for dessert. The Islip Elks spent over $800.00 for the meals partially funded by ENF Freedom Grant
