On January 16st, the Westminster Elks Lodge celebrated its kickoff event for their 35th annual Fletcher/Falcone Charity Golf Tournament to be held on June 30th. Over fifty hole sponsors attended which raised over $28,000 for scholarships & charities around Carroll County last year.
