Wing Night at the Elks is a new event for charity with some of the proceeds going to NCH Pediatric Cancer Research. Volunteers cooked the wings which had a choice of sauces, and the comments were so positive and many reordered more after tasting them! Good music by Tony Dodge! Great job Ed Larsen in organizing this Thursday activity!

A benefit to help one of the victims in Golden Gate area who lost his business and home in the devastating fires in the area was held at the Naples Lodge 2010 facility, as volunteers collected donations and conducted a silent auction with other activities. The Naples Fire Fighters stood alongside their huge fire truck giving instructions on fire safety to an eager group of children...a great afternoon of service....thank you to all for supporting a worthy cause.
We are still helping out in the community and this day we are delivering needed supplies and funds donated by our members to Manatee Elementary School. All essays are forwarded to the district for further review and forwarding.
Michael Dangler, son of Stephanie & Douglas Dangler, Naples Elks Lodge #2010 members, presented a plaque to the Lodge for our annual sponsorship of the Naples Special Olympics. The plaque pictures the participants of the 2016 Stand Up Paddle fund raising event. The Lodge donated $250 toward this event.
