Youth activities chairman Rich Goucher
of B.P.O.E #1010 has announced the sponsorship of Boy Scout Troop #29,
starting the first week of April,2002.
The Lodge has been unanimously approved to become the Troop's new charter sponsor,furnishing the boys with a place
to meet each Thursday evening. Storage for the Troop's extensive equipment and
trailer to haul camping gear will also be provided. The Lodge also hopes to participate in some community activities
with our new friends, as well as holding
some fundraisers in the future to benefit the boys.
