The Santa Monica Elks 906 held its Annual Law Enforcement Night on January 14, 2010. The Santa Monica Police, Santa Monica College Police, UCLA Police and the LA County Sherrif's Department were all in attendance. SMCPD Mark Kessler won the Law Enforcemnt Officer of the Year.
