The newest award was given to Esteemed Leading Knight Frank Frazier. Frank has been a member for 40 years. He is a Viet-Nam era veteran for the U.S. Navy. As Lecturing Knight and Loyal Knight, he placed 1st in the District for his position. He has done many different comiittee chairs to include Major Project, Youth Services, Hoop Shoot, Soccer Shoot, Drug Awareness and helped with Veteran's Programs. Frank is an instrumental cog in the 906 Elks wheel and dedicated to Elkdom.
