Major Erick Ferguson, aviator with the 77th Air Refueling Squadron and Goldsboro Elks Member, presents the United States Flag and certificate to Exalted Ruler Alex Wingate. The flag was flown in the KC-46 Pegasus on a mission to commemorate the innocent lives lost 20 years ago in the 9-11 terrorist attack.
