Milestone: Sequim Elks gives $2,000 national grant to Sequim Boys & Girls Club

Sequim Elks Lodge 2642 presented a $2,000 Gratitude Grant from the Elks National Foundation to the Sequim Boys and Girls Club.

Elks National Foundation Grants were available to Elk Lodges to help serve the populations of greater need in the community affected by the pandemic.

Sequim Elks selected the local Boys and Girls Club as the grand awardee for the Gratitude Grant to help support their meal program of which now the Boys & Girls Club is offering a third meal to needy families; breakfast, lunch and dinner. Monies can also be utilized to provide child care scholarships to families.
