08/07/20 – Gold Star Survivor Family Dinner/Game Night & School Supply Distribution (6:00PM-9:00PM) – dinner
preparation, putting supplies in backpacks, mingling with Gold Star families, clean up (this event is funded
through our Freedom Grant)
08/08/20 – 1 st Responders Breakfast (8:00AM – 11:00AM) – mingle with our First Responders
08/15/20 – Community Movie Night (time TDB) – set-up, clean up, oversee snack tables
08/22/20 – Gold Star Survivor Family Day at the Denver Zoo (time TBD) – lead a group of families, help put lunch
together, put together goody bags, mingle with families (this event is funded through our Freedom Grant)
08/23/20 – Mines Oregiver Service Day (time TBD) – supervise students from the School of Mines that are provid-
ing service to our Lodge in cleaning, painting, and other activities.
09/13/20 – Warm Welcome Event providing winter coats & gloves to students at the Lodge in the Golden area that
are in need. We partner with the Golden Library for this event. (10:00AM – 2:00PM) – set up, distribute coats,
clean-up
7/26/20 – Central Northwest (CNW) Soccer Shoot (9:00AM – 2:00 PM)
It is ok if you can come for only part of the time. If unable to volunteer, come and enjoy the event!
