To Our Members and Guests:

Message from ... Kimberly McDonough, General Manager and Martha Binette, Exalted Ruler

We have gone through a lot of changes, modifying our business to adhere to State and CDC guidelines, and we are continually evolving.

Here is an UPDATE to the GUIDELINES for the lodge.

Many questions have arisen from the latest mandates regarding indoor gatherings.  Yes, we may have up to 93 guests in our lounge and 100 guests in our Ballroom.

This is great, however, the new rules do not allow live singing, dancing , or woodwind instruments.  Many of us have hosted karaoke and dancing safely, masks while up from the table at all times, and microphones with disposable coverings and sanitized.  We have had no incidences and guests have been very respectful.

Sadly, we must follow mandates which we hope will be modified and temporary. Our building is sanitized;  we own a sanitization fogger and use it consistently.  Our staff wear masks at all times and all surfaces are cleaned constantly.  Temperature checks are taken daily.  Events are treated as served and or items are individually wrapped for guests.  We offer many options to have your function and feel safe for yourself and your guests, we have over 6,000 square feet of space.

We will still have our scratch cooking menus on Fridays and will have other forms of entertainment such as music bingo, trivia and card games for cash and prizes.   Our house disc jockey Bobby Queen will play music and assist us in games.  As always, Wednesday nights will have our three card challenge for cash and our rotating pub menu.

Curbside pick-up on Fridays will continue for guests who prefer not to come inside.

On the event side, we offer an extensive menu served safely at our newly renovated facility, or catering to homes and businesses, individually wrapped and delicious. We can cater your entire event off site, including linens and design, Weddings, Birthday Parties, Celebrations of Life, you can pick up your order or we will deliver. Please reach out if you have any questions or would like an estimate for your next event or catering.

We will have a menu for the holidays for entrees including house made pies for pick up.

Thanks to our loyal members and guests as we get through these challenging times.

Please reach out if you have any questions or would like an estimate for your next event or catering.

The members lounge will be open on Wednesday and Fridays 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., food will be served during these hours of operation, as this is a requirement.

The sales office is open so please call If you have any questions, please feel free to email Kim at k_mcdonough@yahoo.com, or call 207-773-6939 ext 301 or 207-838-4386. Leave a message and we will get back to you promptly.
