The Veteran's Committee held its annual Christmas Party for the veterans from the local VA Hospital. They were treated to a nice home cooked meal with all the fixings. After they were done eating, the presents were handed out to all of them, with a fun door prize raffle for them all to pick out other gifts that we had. This is our annual event for them and they look forward to it each year. The committee out does themselves each year, making this event better and better. The next event for our veterans is the annual fishing trip in August.
