Halloween Charity Ball - October 29, 2016
Arcadia Elks Lodge held its Annual Charity Ball on October 29, 2016. The theme this year was "Halloween". Prizes were given for the best costumes.The net proceeds of $1,700 from the event were split between ENF, Foothill Unity Center, Honor Flight and State Major Peroject.
