NEWSLETTER for NOVEMBER & DECEMBER 2025

Greetings All,

The old saying that the older you get the faster time goes by is nothing to laugh at.  It’s real. The seasons come and go too fast.  We sure hope to see the club full as the days get colder. Come for fun amongst friends! LODGE MEETINGS ARE THE FIRST AND THIRD THURSDAY OF EVERY MONTH!!!  COME GET INVOLVED!  

WHAT’S HAPPENING:

The new signs are up from our golf cart raffle and are so much nicer than ever expected! THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE BUYERS AND THE SELLERS, and especially Greg and Karan!!! We are the Elks, making things happen.  

We have the wiring run for the new electronic gaming machines and are waiting on the State to finalize the rules.  More info to come as we get it.  This is exciting and hopefully a good and profitable deal for our lodge.  

NOTICE: There will be lots of raffles as we work on earning the start up money for this new adventure.  Please share, buy & promote as much as possible. We have a Gun Raffle, $10 a ticket and a Fishers Meat Raffle, $5.00 a ticket going right now, you can purchase tickets at the bar or through the link on Facebook.  

BREAKFAST – First Saturday of every month.  All you can eat! Proceeds to build our Scholarship fund!!

DRAWINGS:  Weekly Drawing every Saturday and the Monthly Drawing is the second Saturday of every month. -- We have had some lucky big winners!   You can’t win if you don’t sign!! EUCHRE, Second Saturday of month.  BOWLING, Fourth Saturday of the month.

Unless otherwise announced!  Signups are at 6:30 and Tournament Play begins at 7pm. Euchre Dates are November 8th & December 13th.  

The Bowling is on November 22nd & December 27th .

Nov. 8th  Secret Families Christmas Breakfast 8am-10Am – Come help us raise money for    

                 Jay County Families

Nov. 8th  Veterans Dinner - 5pm to 6pm Cocktails, Dinner at 6pm – more details to follow

Dec. 6th  Breakfast Scholarship 8Am-10Am

Dec. 7th  Elks Memorial Service at 2pm – come as we honor those who have passed away! Dec. 7th  Kids Christmas time 3:30 – 5:30pm Food, Games, Prizes, Crafts, Twas the Night            

                  Before Christmas read by our Exalted Ruler and of course SANTA!!!  Get your kids,                         grandkids,  and family involved.  Call or text 765-578-0229 to get your kids on the                           list to participate!

Hoop Shoot Dec. 13th at the Community Center 8am.  If you would like to help, please let            

                 Cindy or Vicky know!

Jan. 3rd  Adult Christmas Auction, carry in.  Bring a wrapped gift or 2 for the Auction at 7pm.                        Watch for details on this as plans are made! This is the money that is sent to ENF and                  goes towards our grants!

Tuesday Meals, 5pm-6:30 or until we run out!  We have had to increase the cost to $13 (this includes 7% tax).  NO WORRIES, the same great taste, portions and wonderful desserts will remain.  As you know the cost just keeps going up and up, shipping cost, cost of supplies and Food.  We are trying to serve quality and quantity at the lowest cost available.  As always thank you for your continued support.
