BPOE Lodge #1309 is pleased to offer $1000.00 scholarships to seniors at Beverly and Salem High Schools and Essex Tech, who have applied or have been accepted to a 4 year college or university. These students must reside in Beverly or Salem. Students do not have to have an affiliation with an Elk member.
