Greetings from Prescott, AZ Lodge #330 "Mother Lodge of Arizona". In December of 1895 a group of enterprising businessmen in Prescott, sturdy products of the early west, charted the original petition for a dispensation and later established the Prescott Lodge. Prescott and Prescott Valley, Arizona, located about 90 miles northwest of Phoenix. With our mile high elevation (5230 ft), the cities enjoy a four-season climate with both mild winters and summers. We were up at your place in August and had a great time...Really enjoyed it! Only problem was we wanted your lodge pins and you were all out. We left money and our address with the bartender for two pins but haven't got them yet. Any chance someone can check on that? Otherwise, we'll just have to return there...OH DARN!!! Thanks

Dana Western (dmwestern@q.com)

from Hopkins, MN, Lodge #2221

Hi, we were guests of your Lodge last July and thoroughly enjoyed our short visit. We were traveling via motorcycles and had to make the stop in Deadwood to see your Lodge, and we're so glad we did. As was our experience with most of the Lodges we visited, we were greeted warmly and the drinks and conversation were wonderful!

We'll be passing through the area once again this August and hope to swing by for a visit. Would anyone have a recommendation for a clean, reasonable place to stay? We'll be in Deadwood area Saturday, August 14th. I know with Sturgis going on, it may be hard to find a reasonably priced room.

Thank you! Dana Western & Jim Sommers Members of Hopkins, MN Lodge #2221
