Had a great time visiting your lodge on 5/12. My friend and I had some fun, good conversation, good food, and the pull-tabs helped (of course!)

Thanks

from Minneapolis, MN, Lodge #44

My father belonged to The Elks Lodge #44. He was the arranger of The Old Bearcat Band and played there fairly often back in the 194os and 1950s. His name was, GORDON GUY COOKE. It would be so much appreciated to hear from anyone who might have known him. (Sadly, daddy lost his life in 1959.) I have a couple of old photos taken there, back in the late 40s. ~Warm regards, Jeanie Cooke Fredlund. (www.Dremeweever@gmail.com)
