Nancy and I are from Kingsburg Ca and have spent a lot of time at the Simi Valley lodge and find the camping top notch. The Active members there are unbelievably friendly and we have made many friends during our stays there.

Edward A Black, Sr. (w6uyf@earthlink.net)

I was a member of 2492 back in the 1980s when my wife, Ruth & I lived in Simi Valley

We moved to Palmdale, CA in 1990. Lancaster, CA by 1994, then Pharr, TX in 2009. I never transsfered membership and gave it up because of the cost of the dues, but I never forgot my loyalty to the lodge.

Hope all is well.

Greetings from Prescott, AZ Lodge #330 "Mother Lodge of Arizona". In December of 1895 a group of enterprising businessmen in Prescott, sturdy products of the early west, charted the original petition for a dispensation and later established the Prescott Lodge. Prescott and Prescott Valley, Arizona, located about 90 miles northwest of Phoenix. With our mile high elevation (5230 ft), the cities enjoy a four-season climate with both mild winters and summers. My wife and I had a great time at the lodge last night. I was so impressed, I filled out the membership application on the spot and asked the 2 my co-workers who invited us to sponsor me. They happily agreed.

margaret ragle (mragle@adelphia.net)

Hello! We are not Elks members, but are interested in becoming members. We have bought land kind of near the lodge and will be building a house there and becoming Simi Valley residents in about the next 18 months. We thought we might make contact with you although it will be some time before we live up there. We are moving from Orange County now that we are retired! Thank you....
