My Dad, the late E. Owen Curtiss was a member & my mother Pat (Nelda) Curtiss was a doe. I have fond memories of going to the Elks Club for Friday dinners & sometimes a bit of Bingo. I even worked the bingo a couple times. Just wanted to give a shout out & I hope to visit on my next trip home to Michigan.

It doesn't seem like many people use this site. Maybe 1 a year. Time to change it up a little gentlemen. Your organization is drowning. Take a good hard look at Troy and Dearborn. Other states aren't having as much trouble. Could it just be the element running the Michigan Elks organization?

Greetings from Prescott Lodge #330 "Mother Lodge of Arizona". In December of 1895 a group of enterprising businessmen in Prescott, sturdy products of the early west, charted the original petition for a dispensation and later established the Prescott Lodge. Prescott and Prescott Valley, Arizona, are located about 90 miles northwest of Phoenix. With our mile high elevation (5230 ft), the cities enjoy a four-season climate with both mild winters and summers. Check out our page. We have a very content rich site. Featured pages are [Facilites], [Officers], [Elks'n the News], [Extra Pages](includes rich history of our lodge) and especially our [Photo Gallery]. Russell LaForet (

I have a seven year old daughter that has Autism. My wife and I are working hard to do all we can to try and help our daughter overcome Autism and/or live the most productive life she can. We have persons come out to our house and conduct a form of play therapy with our daughter (Madison)using the model from the Sunrise Program from the Autism Institute of America. Our family pays cash out of pocket for all expenses. We also have our daughter on a special gluton free, cason free, dairy free diet. The diet is expensive and it is difficult to get the needed food. We have been told that the Elks Lodge has a scholarship that will assist parents with paying for food expenses. We were inquiring if the Lodge could help us?

Thank You,
