Max J. Vibbert, PDDGER (mgvibbert@aol.com)

from Bay City, MI, Lodge #88

Greetings from North Carolina. I was a frequent visitor in Alma during my days as an officer, DVP and DDGER of Midland Lodge 1610. This past year Midland closed its doors and transferred us to Bay City Lodge. We were especially friends with Don Vibber your ER in 1992, the same year I held that position in Midland. In 1997-98 I was District Deputy and attended Grand Lodge in Chicago. Your ER that year spent time with us and we had a time there. I don't recall their names and thought you could help. It has been close to 20 years now and I was thinking of those memories and would like to contact your member. I am a stray elk and have not participated at any of the three lodges in this area. I don't feel good about their programs and reluctance to accept a stranger so I backed off content to remember the days with East Central District and especially Alma, Bay City and Flint Lodges. If you can bring me up to date with your PER 1997-8 I would appreciate if very much.

Rock Anderson (rock@prescottelks.org)

from Prescott, AZ, Lodge #330

Greetings from Prescott Lodge #330 "Mother Lodge of Arizona". In December of 1895 a group of enterprising businessmen in Prescott, sturdy products of the early west, charted the original petition for a dispensation and later established the Prescott Lodge. Prescott and Prescott Valley, Arizona, are located about 90 miles northwest of Phoenix. With our mile high elevation (5230 ft), the cities enjoy a four-season climate with both mild winters and summers. Check out our elks.org page. We have a very content rich elks.org site. Featured pages are [Facilites], [Officers], [Elks'n the News], [Extra Pages](includes rich history of our lodge) and especially our [Photo Gallery]. If you have time after looking it over please sign our [Guest Book]. Thank you
