Dues Toolbar

The "Dues" toolbar provides centralized access to Lodge Secretaries accounting functionality as well as the "Active Mb Circ Export" and "Circ Changes" files that can be sent to and from the Grand Lodge. This toolbar is located in the top right of the system screen when Chicago Lodge Membership System is first opened.

Total Dues

Opens the Total Dues dialog box that displays information regarding the regular and pre-paid dues for the Lodge's members. See Dialog Boxes

Post Dues

Allows yearly and bi-yearly dues to be posted quickly and easily for the Lodge members. See Entering Members Payment of Optional Dues Method 2

Ledger

Provides an accounting ledger of all the dues and fees collected or assessed for the members of your Lodge.

QuickBooks

Provides advanced accounting features that allow Chicago Lodge Membership System to post accounting information directly to your copy of QuickBooks Pro.

Archive Mb Circ Export

Creates an Elks Magazine Annual Audit file that can be sent to Grand Lodge.

Creates an edit file that can be sent to Grand Lodge.

Not the Main PC/Main PC

Allows you to designate the computer you are on as the "Main PC" or "Not the Main PC", the Main PC designation requires a regular backup schedule. The button will change colors green for "Main PC" or yellow for "Not the Main PC". You will be prompted upon clicking this button to verify you wish to change the assignment of this computer from one to the other.

Online/Not Online

Can click this button to check to see if the computer is currently connected to the internet. The button will be green with the message "Online" if connected and will be red with the message "Not Online", if not.
