Reports and Labels Toolbar

The "Reports" and "Labels" toolbar provides a centralized location for accessing the system's reporting and mailing label features. This toolbar is located in the top left of the system screen when Chicago Lodge Membership System is first opened.

Reports

Opens the Reports screen where you can preview and print various system reports that come stock with the Chicago Lodge Membership System.

Rapid Reports

Opens the Rapid reports dialog box that allows you to quickly and easily create a report of the currently filtered set of members that are displayed in the Membership screen.

Query Maker

Opens the Query Maker that provides advanced reporting capabilities to the system. Using the Query Maker you can custom design reports and labels for use with your system.

Labels

Opens the Labels screen where you can preview and print various mailing labels that come stock with the Chicago Lodge Membership System .

Mail Merge (simple)

Opens the Mail Merge screen that provides a number of example letters that can be edited for your use in creating personalized letters to your members.

Mail Merge (Microsoft Word)

Opens the Word Mail Merge screen that allows you to create a Microsoft Word Mail Merge document directly from CLMS . Once the document has been created you can customize it using fields and data from the Lodge Secretary system.

Draw

Creates a drawing roster report that contains randomly selected members.

Lodge Bulletin

Allows you to generate mailing labels for your Lodge's members that desire to receive a copy of the Lodge Bulletin.

Cards

Allows you to print Membership Cards with varying information on them.

Lodge Events

Allows you to add and effectively track Lodge events using calendar scheduling screens.

RV Parking

Allows you to create and track Lodge provided RV Parking using calendar scheduling screens.
