The above picture was taken during the Elk's Flag Day Ceremony and shows Exalted Ruler Plemel presenting a check for $1107.00 to Glenn Rygg, Director of the Devils Lake Elk's Band. The amount is from donations made to the Elks Band from Elk's members through the dues renewal envelopes. Congratulations Devils Lake Elks Community Band and we appreciate your continuing role as the "Ambassadors of the Lake Region"!
