Burbank Emblem Club #86 is part of the Supreme Emblem Club of the United States of America. It was formed in 1942 to assist the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks Burbank Lodge No. 1497, to perform charitable acts in the community, and to bear allegiance to the flag and the constitution of the United States of America.
