Contest 'E' - Per Capita Contribution the Elks National Foundation

This award is granted for the largest per capita contributions made by the Lodges to the Elks National Foundation and is based upon Elks National Foundation records. Must be submitted no later than March 31. (We strongly recommend that you mail by March 15) Mail inquiries to the appropriate committee member.
