Bookkeeper Needed: The Lodge’s current bookkeeper is retiring so there is need for a replacement. This can either be a voluntary or paid position. The Lodge uses the desktop version of Quickbooks. Time demands can range from a low of 12 hours per week up to 20 hours, with the days of the week and time parameters flexible. This position reports to the Lodge Treasurer and works closely with the Lodge Secretary to manage all incoming and outgoing funds of the Lodge. The position has a dedicated workspace and computer within the lodge. The bookkeeper position does not require membership in the Lodge so outside recruiting is welcome. Redding Elks Lodge facility and amenities open to Elk members only. Spouses and widows are guests of their lodge, therefore they must be accompanied by a card holding member in good standing to visit our lodge.
Our Lodge continues to be open 7 days a week from 9 am to 8:30 pm. (The bar/Club room is open at 11 am with the office open at 9 am). The pool and gym are open 354 days a year, closed only for Christmas day. They open at 10am. The pickleball court is open every day except Christmas also. It opens at 9 am, bring your own equipment.
RV park open - NO reservations, first come first served, use the drop box or come in and pay the bartender. Checks, cash & credit cards taken.
