Joe Leming, 2010 Exalted Ruler, selected Brenda Blaylock for the award and recognition as BPOE Lodge #1769 2010 Elk of the Year. During Joe's presentation of her plaque, he prasied Brenda for being present at all Elk activities during the year and working diligently behind the scenes.

Allison Taylor was selected by Joe Leming, Exalted Ruler, as 2010 Officer of the Year for performing the duties of her office as secretary with dedication, honesty & integrity.

Shane Ezell was presented the Outstanding Service plaque from Joe Leming, Exalted Ruler, March 1,2011 at the Awards Cermony for his work with the local Hoop Shoot Contest, the Veteran's Markers project and other services to the organization.

Phyllis McClure was presehted a letter written by the National Exalted Ruler and a watch for her efforts in recruiting thirteen new Elk members in 2010.
