On December 18, 2010 approximately 45 Whittier-area students came to the Boys & Girls Club of Whittier to compete in the annual Hoop Shoot. It was a great success with National Veterans' Service members cooking and serving hot dogs and serving bottled water to all who attended. Everyone had a great time!
A big thanks to Hoop Shoot chairman Ron Ridout for all his hard work to make the event such a great success.
