This Santa was built in the early 1960's by local artist,the late Bill Adams.It stood for many years on American Legion property.After falling into disrepair it was rescued and rebuilt by Philipsburg Elks.We are now the caretakers.We plan to store erect and display this community treasure for many years to come.
