From the Secretary
Out of the 42 delinquent letters I sent with a self addressed and stamped envelope, I received only 6 replies. Of these, I had three who paid their dues and three asking to be dropped. come October 1st , the rest will be dropped.
I will be using a new program called Yuma 6 Secretary. The Grand Lodge is requiring all Lodges who don’t use it now, to start and have it on their computer by April 1st 2008. So bear with me. This month we should be initiating nine new candidates. If you know anyone who would like to be a member especially those who would like to be on one of our Committees or just volunteer when asked for help, give them an application. We need to make up the 36 members we will be losing.
I still would like to see more participation in our Tuesday bingo, Wednesday sandwich night, Thursday spaghetti dinner and Friday snack night, even if its once a month. It could be a tremendous help..
