February has gone and March approaches, it is good to know that our Lodge has chosen a new and capable Board of Directors. Led by incoming Exalted Ruler Dean Yeager, this group of committed members is poised to have what could be the most important year in our recent history.
For those of our members that did not, or can not make it to the Lodge because of disabilities, we will have the financial abiulity to ( I am sure we will need help) make the Lodge fully accessible to you. If this is of interest to you, I urge you to contact a member of the Trustees and let them know. You can send a letter to the Trustees at the Lodge.
On the political side of the Order, I am proud to announce to our members, and I would like everyone to congratulateour brothers, Tom Pollard, who has been endorsed as our new State Vice President of the East Coast Central District, and our Brother Stan Siess, who has been endorsed as our new District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler for the East Central District.
There are so many people to thank for helping out this past year. Everyone that has helped behind the scenes this year made it a success. SOme things worked, some didn't. However, that is what we do to tro to make our Lodge better. Thank you to all of my committee chairman and their members for making my year as Wxalted Ruler a siccess. I wish all of you great success in the coming years.
Our first meeting in February was our Past Exalted Rulers night, all stations were occupied by PER's, for the purpose of nominating our new Officers for 2007-2008 year. The new officers will be installed on March 31 at our installation dinner and all members and thier spoises are invited to attend. This and many other activites are planned for this month. Check tye calendar for the time and dates.
In closing, my last message as Exalted Ruler, I want to thank all of our members for your support of the Lodge and for all your comments to me. And a very special thank you to my finance Cheryl, for being there for me through out the year.
