Lodge Facilities

Clubroom

The Club Room is open Tuesday thru Friday, 5:00 pm to 8 pm, and Saturday 2:00pm to 8:00pm and Sunday, 2pm to 6pm, or until closing for all nights.

Sleeping Rooms

On the top floor of the Elks Home are five sleeping rooms for members and associate members. Rooms can be rented for the night by members and each are in a general theme: Grand Lodge Room, State Room, Americanism Room, Cripple Creek Room and the Officer's Room. The rooms are decorated and filled with historic memorabilla from the Lodge's History are are very popular for daily tours.

Historical Note

The Cripple Creek Lodge was instituted on July 7th, 1895. The Elks Home is in the Gold Mine Stock Exchange building. The Lodge room is the original Stock Exchange trading floor. The building and most of its contents are historic. Currently, a project is underway to publish our historic Lodge, and its history.

Game Room

The Game room is located off the Club Room, and offers one pool table.

Directions

The Lodge is located at the corner of 4th and Bennett Ave, in downtown Cripple Creek, Co. Cripple Creek is located one hour west of Colorado Springs. Take Hwy 24 west from Colorado Springs to the intersection of Hwy 24/67, in Divide, Co. At Divide, Take Hwy 67 South to Cripple Creek, and you will see the Lodge, as you get to the main part of town.
