Our dining room is more than just a place to enjoy a great meal—it's a place where friends gather, stories are shared, and memories are made. While dining hours and menu offerings may occasionally change, we are proud to provide a variety of delicious meals throughout the month, many of which are prepared by our amazing team of dedicated volunteers.
As of June 2026, Tuesday nights feature a rotating favorite, alternating between Chicken Fried Steak and Chicken Fried Chicken. On Thursday evenings, our volunteer crew serves up mouthwatering Green Chile Cheeseburgers and Bratwurst, accompanied by your choice of fries or chips.
The first Wednesday of each month is reserved for our popular Ribeye Steak Dinner, while the third Wednesday features a tender Filet Mignon dinner. Both of these special meals are thoughtfully prepared and served by volunteers who generously give their time to create an enjoyable dining experience for our members and guests.
Friday nights offer a classic choice of steak or fish, with guests able to select either a Ribeye, Filet Mignon, or fish entrée.

Our full-service lounge serves as a favorite gathering place for members and guests to relax, connect, and enjoy time together. Whether you're stopping in for a quick visit or spending the evening with friends, there's always something happening.
Each day we're open, our state-of-the-art entertainment system fills the lounge with an impressive selection of music videos, creating a fun and inviting atmosphere. Thursday evenings are especially popular, featuring karaoke alongside our delicious Green Chile Cheeseburger and Bratwurst night—a combination that makes for a great evening of food, music, and fellowship.
During football season, the excitement continues as NFL games are featured on our big-screen projector. Members often bring their favorite homemade dishes and specialties to share, turning game days into a true community event filled with great food, friendly competition, and lasting camaraderie.

We now have our Casino open. Hours are: Monday thru Friday: 3 p.m. to midnight Saturday: Noon to midnight Sunday: 1 to 5 p.m. The Casino is open to members only!! The "Close Quarters" Casino located downstairs from the lounge is a State regulated gaming operation. Fifteen video gaming machines are available for the entertainment of Elks members and spouses with Elks or ladies auxiliary identification cards. Play Double Diamonds, Keno, Video poker and support Local and lodge charities!
Our pool is one of the premier summertime destinations for our members and their families. As the largest outdoor pool in Carlsbad, it provides plenty of space to relax, cool off, and enjoy quality time with family and friends. We also offer a separate baby pool designed for our youngest swimmers, providing a safe and enjoyable space for children under five years of age.
The pool operates as a Class B private pool in accordance with state regulations. To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, lifeguards will be on site much of the time throughout the season. However, dedicated lifeguards will not be continuously stationed poolside except during select special events. For this reason, parents and guardians are always responsible for supervising minor children while using the pool facilities.
One of the many benefits of membership is complimentary pool access for members and their immediate families who are in good standing. While local guests are not permitted, we are always pleased to welcome visiting Elks members and their out-of-town guests.

For golf enthusiasts, Carlsbad Elks Lodge enjoys an exceptional location just a short walk from the Carlsbad Golf Course.
