The 2024 MVS Scholarship contest will officially begins on August 1, 2023. The contest is open to high school seniors who are citizens of the United States (permanent legal residents do not qualify) and applicants do not need to be related to a member of the Elks.
Michael Polubinski sponsored by Joliet Lodge No. 296 is one of the 32 district winners and will be receiving $750 for four years to help with his college costs.
