We are honored to have a Past West Virgnia State Elks Association's President and First Lady, Jeffrey & Debbie Miller, as Members.
We meet the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of every month, except July & August, then the 1st Thursday only. We have moved into our new home located at 4706 Jacob Street, Wheeling, WV. We invite all Elks to attend.
