Chicago (South), IL 1596

Chicago (South), IL Lodge No. 1596 was instituted in 1935, and currently has 138 members.For the year 2024, the lodge was awarded BEACON, GRATITUDE and SPOTLIGHT Grants from the Elks National Foundation to assist in the development of programs serving local youth, veterans, and others in need.

The lodge meets 1st & 3rd Mondays, except July, Aug & Dec, then 1st Monday in July & Dec & 3rd Monday in Aug only, at 4428 Midlothian Turnpike, Crestwood, IL.The Exalted Ruler of the Lodge is Richard Dykstra, and the Secretary is William Mier.
