This is a whole new Lodge Year in so many ways. We survived a year of many unknowns, quarantines, social distancing and vaccinations But that didn’t stop us from doing the good things we do as Elks.
The Installation of Officers was conducted on Thursday, March 25th. The 6 foot distancing was adhered to and each Officer placed their jewels on their selves. It was not what we are used to but we got the job done.
So, welcome to our new Lodge Year—2021—2022! We are so happy and excited to introduce our Chair Officer’s for this year: Exalted Ruler Kelvin Elledge, Leading Knight Lori Siebern, back for a repeat—Loyal Knight Troy Ceballos, and returning Lecturing Knight Lynda Greene. Our other Officers include Secretary Pam Fuentes, Treasurer Rilla Zaccone, Tiler Orlando Fuentes, Inner Guard John Little, Chaplain Ellen Bloch, Esquire Jim Schaaf, Organist Matt Neill, Electrician Robin Jasper, 4 Year Trustee Cathy Swanson, and 5 Year Trustee David Harvey. Officers continuing on are 1 Year Trustee Katherine Cherry, 2 Year Trustee Beth Cox, and 3 Year Trustee Charlie Lee.
The coronavirus may have slowed things down a bit but we can’t wait for restrictions to be lifted more so that we can really get rolling —please join us in the fun and charitable things we do in Elkdom.
