Our lodge sponsors and supports Boy Scout Troop # 82 and is thankful for their on-going assistance in maintaining our lodge.
Troop meets every Wednesday night at 7:00 pm. New scouts are welcome to join our troop.
Scouting:
We will be conducting an Eagle Scout Court of Honor for Chris Kassay this month. The ceremony will be in the pavilion at 7:00 pm on June 20, 2009. All Lodge Officers and members are invited to attend. We also started a Cub Scout Pack at the Lodge this month. We conducted a Pine Wood Derby race thanks to the efforts of member Colleen Fryer and candidates Cherie and Russ Larsen. If you have a friend or relative in first through fifth grade who would be interested in joining our Pack or older young men (up to age 18) who might be interested in taking advantage of the Scouting Program can join our Troop, have them contact Kevin Robison at 716-870-1880 or the Iroquois Trail Council, Towpath District Executive, Robert Drury (also a Lodge member) directly at 716-434-2851. Encourage your children, nephews, and grand children to sign up.
