Clovis Elks BPOE #2599 Meets Tuesdays at 7:30 pm. Our Lodge is located at 535 Woodworth in Clovis California. Meetings are open to all Elks in good standing from any Elks Lodge.
The Clovis Elks BPOE #2599 Board of Directors meet on the Second Tuesday at 6:30 pm before the Regular Lodge Meeting. Any member of Clovis Lodge #2599 is welcome and encoraged to attend the Board of Directors Meetings. We are always looking for new ideas for activities and fund raisers.
Initiations for New Members to Clovis Lodge #2599 are held during the regular general meeting on the 4th Tuesday of each month. Members of Clovis Lodge #2599 attending the Initiation are encouraged to wear Business or Formal attire in Honor of the New Members being accepted into our Lodge.
The First Tuesday of each month, we offer a meal at 6:30 pm for our members and their guests. Meals are $7.00 per person. Menus are selected and prepared by a different Clovis Elks Volunteer each month. Check the Calendar for the menu. This is a very popular social event to allow members to meet in a family-style environment and discuss current topics and plan for events for the upcoming months.
Fridays we have Family Style Dinners starting at 6:30 pm. Check the Calendar for Weekly Dinner Specials. Dinners are served until 8pm, however sometimes the crowds are so big, we run out of the dinner specials. Please call 559-299-9111 to request a reservation to help us with estimates of the total number of dinners to be prepared. Our Lodge Phone Number has voicemail and is checked frequently, so you can leave a message 24 hours a day.
Our Cash Bar is open Monday to Friday from 4pm to 8pm for Members. On Friday the Cash Bar will remain open until everyone has finished their dinner and may be open until 11pm if enough people wish to stay and visit.
Our Member's Recreation room has a Pool Table, Electronic Darts and Card table. The recreation room is available during hours the bar is open. We also have two Big Screen TV's Available for members that would like to have a "Movie Night" or watch a special sporting event.
