As many know Bill Pumphrey has been working for the last 2 years trying to get hwy31 from Camp Atterbury to Washington street renamed Veterans Hwy. Bill is doing this in the name of the Elks. The Elks have never and will never forget our veterans. I think this is a wonderful thing Bill is doing and has spent 100's of hours doing it. We all need to help Bill.
