Less than 2 months ago, Jamie Nelson brought in his neighbor for a beverage. During his visit he showed great interest in the work of the Elks. He did fill out an application that night. During his waiting period he donated a expensive drill for the Children's fund to raffle off and we made $500.00 from that auction. Then a few weeks later he donated from Granger where he is employed another $500.00 check for the Children's fund. This past Tuesday he was initiated and is now a member of our lodge. This new member is Andrew Humm. Another example of what can be done if you just ask. Folks we need more members like these to help keep our lodge afloat. Please do your part in thanking Andy for this generous donation.
